Perfectly positioned within the Birmingham metro area, is one of my favorite suburbs, Homewood. Close to the Medical District and City Center while also being surrounded by Southside, Vestavia Hills, and Mountain Brook.
A large percentage of Homewood is made up of small bungalow houses and it also possesses a significant number of rentals and condos, which is important for the community. I am a condo person myself and long for the walk-able lifestyle that is so much a part of Homewood’s design. Nonetheless, Homes for Sale in Homewood AL come in a variety of price ranges and styles.
